What are conditions for the goods to be returned or replaced?

After opening the package and checking the goods, please keep inner packing, labels and accessories and like in the package. When you need to return or replace the goods, you shall mail the goods together with all accessories, labels, certificate, and package box and like. Besides, eCharm shall never accept the request for the goods to be returned

Could you send us the sample?

Certainly yes, but you are highly requested to pay the sample and the freight collect.

Can we print our logo on products?
|
Of course, products can be made in strictly accordance with customers’ specific requirements, including changing logo, but the quantity should reach a certain amount and the quotation will be different from the original one.

Is there any difference between the product on your website and the actual product itself?
|
The picture of the product on our website is taken from the actual product itself, so there is little different between them (If any difference, what the actual product itself demonstrates is more than what the one in the picture does!).
